    That aircraft is pretty durable, Almost thought you were going to catch it on that one approach. Each time you go out you learn something new it’s cool to watch the progression.

    Something looks a bit off like it's tail heavy. Mar, where you battery is and move forward just a few millimetres. A tail heavy plane is a crash waiting to happen, nose heavy you have a chance. Like others have said you need to fly it to the deck not throttle off and float and make sure you take off and land into wind, you say wind is on your back so you are not taking off into wind. Good luck!

      Thanks! The wind was doing all types of gymnastics on me out there 😂

    Some good flying there I thought it was going be another crash. Flying in the wind will teach you quickly but can also break you quickly.

      Yeah, that was tough, but so is the plane 😂

      @@bigbristv obviously a very tough plane 🙃 yoir flying is I proving a lot once your comfortable maybe try FPV it's next level but a bit expensive just do your research.

    You're getting there. If you make the plane a little nose heavy it will fly much more stable

    Wind makes everything harder. But keep up good work. Now you are very familiar with stalls. Just keep trying you can do it.

    Love the paint job, nice work -:) Like another commented- a bit of throttle all the way down to the flare is key. I like to turn final, throttle all the way back. Establish the high angle of attack. Then you judge the decent rate, and feed in some throttle to keep a nice stable slow decent approach. You'll get it!

    Love the paint job love love it!! Looks extra windy 😳. I've only ever flown drones.
    I'm too 😱 To ever fly something that pretty. If nothing else, brother You have definitely gotten a lot better. You are tenacious!!!! I know u will get there. I've watched other people fly for years and just lk anything rc things break it's guaranteed 🙃. I want to fly but the odds of something drastically going wrong when flying I feel is higher than other types of rc. Am I wrong to think so??? 🤔 Just my observation.

      I appreciate this man. I've found with flying, where there are going to be nerves, especially on maidens (bc you don't know how the plane is going to fly, and they all fly differently) but you have to go into it with some confidence. Everyone crashes, but the planes are repairable. Just choose the right plane. Don't do like me 😂

    Gotta keep some speed up on that final approach. Try trading alltitude for airspeed if your gonna throttle off on the approach with the nose down. When you flare add some throttle like 10%

    • @bigbristv
      @bigbristv  2 месяца назад

    Man nice paint job! A remote that gives you the ability to add some expo would greatly assist you, essentially expo makes the sticks a little softer per say less touchy

      Thanks Derek. I have about 30% expo programmed in. Should I add more 🤔

    You cannot float an F-16 to the ground...they need a little power.

      Learning this the hard way! 😂 The gear took a beating and is still kicking. I doubt the scale FMS gear could've don't that.

    Its a jet not a piper cub do you see real jets shutdown there engine when landing. Your glide slope looked good coming in (most of the time) and desending right on track to land keep it that way until the wheels touchdown. That cutting the engine and slowing down until it falls out of the air over and over again maybe you need a new hobby.
