Reach the destination calmly and safely without endangering anybody else. It is almost the same as the lesson of Self-restrain. Indeed, we need rejuvenation to this concept of life in this rush life. Thanks for always giving profound and outstanding quality the content!!! May I become one of your fans?
I think it has a lot to do with recognizing the nature of misery in ourselves and others. When we see it, no, feel it, it is hard to continue being angry. Coming out of negativity is a choice always, but sometimes we need to pull ourselves away from the source of pain for a moment to regain our equanimity. Having good people in our lives is an important part of that because a drowning man cannot save themselves and we sometimes need others help. Thank you for watching Ayya - I'm glad to have you as part of this community :)
Yep driving slow in the left lane will definitely get others agitated…. To practice mindfulness. Lol I sometimes zone out in the left lane since the right lane is too pot holed to drive
Ah Philip, I'd hardly consider 75mph (120kmph) slow ;) It's the consistency that provides the stillness that allows us to observe what's around and going on inside us.
