100%. The Echos are like the agendas. You can search the hand ala making a run on HQ. The mind games of playing echos and units being face down is super reminiscent of laying down ICE etc. I’m really intrigued by a similar game where you are essentially runner and corp though and the asymmetry comes purely from abilities and strategy. There has to be a trap faction with ICE stuff right??
Just played it on TTS and in fact it look heavily inspired by it. Imagine if both players had to hold agendas and both score them or steal them. You only have 2 servers and you can only do 1 run per turn. It means the core gameplay is less asymetric than Netrunner but more balanced. It also preserve the tension of running the right server for the turn or you might lose the game. When I stopped playing Netrunner I wished the game was just a bunch of constructed deck. I hated the fact that I had to store so many cards and buy all the new packs to follow the game. Also, a LCG or CCG is not always fun or balanced depending on the current meta and constructed deck really solve all of these problems.
I know, this is one of our most asked question! We haven't cracked a single player yet. Hopefully in the future we will have an app with a single player campaign!
Nah, it's way more complex than Radlands. Only similar thing is "lane" system, but they work completely different and this game actualy requires economy in order to play cards and effects. It's more similar to Android: Netrunner, than Radlands
I just played it on TTS and the core system is a evolution of Android Netrunner obviously. Imagine if both side could steal and score the agendas and both had 2 servers where only 1 of those servers could be run per turn. This is how it feels. I only have 1 games but I am impress for now. I got some of the same feeling I had in Netrunner about the tension and bluffing. I think this game focused more on a tight balance but if tension and excitement were strings, Netrunner could stretch them a bit more. It is also only constructed decks and I think it is a better approach for the customers than any CCG or LCG. In fact, this is what I said to my friends after I stopped playing A:N, that I hope the game was just a bunch of constructed decks instead of a LCG.
Thank you so much for covering the game!! What a great overview
Reminds me of Android: Netrunner - a really great game.

sounds pretty good. will there be a latepledge option without disadvantages? (pricier, follower bonus/day 1 bonus lacking etc?)
No solo, so sad. I envy everyone that can get it multi-player played.

@@damonsteaThanks for letting us know. Will keep an eye on future development of the game.
Do you happen to know if the deck boxes provided can fit sleeved cards?
Also do you know if these are standard sized? Thanks
Designer here! Yes, these are poker sized cards and yes, the deck boxes will be sized to fit sleeved cards.
@@damonstea Incredible, thank you
Those poor cards! 😱
Thanks for undertaking the review, am curious will give it a good look see.
Where do I find this game

If they had a solo mode I would be all over this
Hmm given the nature of bluffing, it would be challenging to create a solo mode.
So, is this like Radlands, then?!
A little. It’s got a lot of Android Netrunner DNA though.

Too much bullshit Hype words, no real criticsm here. Your other Videos Are way more honest. No Comparisson to netrunner…. Even its so obvious😢
