No joke on those priming mechs being super soft. I have a couple stock ones that gave out after too much slam firing :(
Really liked the tip about the dry silicone. I'll definitely go pick some up!

It’s the dart that opens the AR not the post. I never remove it from strings or disrupters

Is that all you need to do to remove the AR? Another video showed having to break it off

Yea it's super simple in these blasters! Now that said , there are several others that you do in fact have to break the AR out of.

@@projectnerf7920 thank you! I'm only modding my disruptor so glad I don't need to break it lol. Quick follow up, would only removing the AR increase the power? Like if I didn't upgrade the spring.

What do you lubricate the ring with?

I like to use Super Lube myself, but that is a long running debate among the Nerf community. I only can say that it has always worked out just fine for me.

Is it possible to use a screw as the priming mech

It should be possible, I have also considered a through rod, kinda like a long shot.

Greased cylinder makes darts greasy too. Very gross.

That’s why we use a silicone dry lubricant, doesn’t really gum up the darts.
