Loch Style Fly Fishing at Fernworthy Reservoir, Dartmoor

Fernworthy Reservoir on Dartmoor National Park is our destination for a look at loch style flies and tactics for brown trout on a blustery day! Some excellent sport and venue tips for brown trout not just on this lake, but any breezy venue where wild and stocked browns are the target. On this occasion, Rodney Wevill joins us for an action packed session on the South West Lakes Trust venue, beautifully captured by filmmaker John Deprieelle in late spring 2024. This is one of the best places to fish in Devon with these tactics, we reckon!
