Where the mind goes the body goes. Ask yourself why you have those thoughts? Is it something that happens in your family aka lineage aka karmic entanglement?
Those are my even healthy thoughts. They are weak thoughts,hope you become the best version of yourself and Heal aka break the cycle

Never take your life. You will be stuck in an unending loop of reincarnating Into more bullshit aka trial and tribulations.
Look at it like abandoning a game aka restarting or resetting back to default settings everytime you come to a roadblock aka a challenge in your life.
