My preference is lead leg defensive side kick. Quick and simple. I can lean back if I need to which gets my head out of the way and my legs are longer than my hands. Interesting defense shown, but I'd love to see this being used in a sparring match to show its effectiveness
I have had sparred several times and this is really hard to do, i don't think it'll work, unless you have practiced for a long long time. Anyway... Im gonna practice and I'll tell u how it goes
Good technique but I think the cross shouldn't be crooked. You shouldn't expect from your opponent to slip and stay there. Your opponent will return to his position and will react too.

Ok, well.... I'm still on it.
it depends on u cuz some techniques suits u for fighting and some not , I prefer to block more than attack, punch more than kick.

No no no no..
Grarvindur whats your problem? Do you disagree?
Not really rotating enough on the spin for me got to whip the head round or you lose so much power.
No way would I try this. Maybe for a junior microweight. But if you're in the senior hyperweight div, you're going to get hit with that straight left.
