Normally I don't like modern houses but this one was fun to watch
Love your builds, and use them for inspiration in my own builds for my sims.
Personally though, I prefer to add slightly mismatched furnishing, I don't know, but to me it gives it a more realistic lived in look With a bit of clutter too.
I also enjoy making houses and keeping within the base starter budget of 20k simoleons.

There is a documentary series called Impossible Builds. Episode 3 is the Floating [Seahorse] House. It is really interesting and wild, and billionaires are completely bonkers. The house does sink a bit when they are building it and testing it for balance, but it does float fine and gets finished.

Is there anything else you can't build at all? Before watching your creations, I would build boxes as my sims' hous; pretty bad right? Esp for an old player. But then I saw one of your Chateau creations and I was inspired lmao. As a sims player who can only afford "cracked" versions of sims4 I wasn't able to download from the gallery so what I'd do is watch tutorials or builds then do them patiently in my game. Your builds are incredible and as much as how brilliantthey look, they aren't that difficult to create- I just need pateince HAHAHA. I also started to learn how to use small details that would make my house better like how u do in your Victorian builds. STAY BUILDING 🔨🔨 you're amaazing

I'm a big fan of your work and I think this build is amazing♥ but I'm having some issues with it. My sims can't seem to use the kitchen counters to cook idk why. I have the move object cheat on and I've replaced them already and Idk why may this be.

I tried to play in this house but some of the objects obstructed the gameplay. My sim couldn’t go on the 2nd level deck & couldn’t use the left side of the bed.
I love this build! It's so beautiful and original! I love the color scheme. Also, this is my first time watching your videos and your voice is so calming, I love it! ...when you put the shelfes underneath you blocked the glassfloring... Just saying...
Looks beautiful, but lots of objects don't work in a game (sims just cannot access them). And video shows as if the house is floating on the water without the ladder, but in an actual house there is a ladder and the pool area doesn't work (it's too shallow). Not reccommend.
When I downloaded this and moved it out on the water like you did I wasn’t able to go up and down floors in live mode, but I could in build/buy mode. Not sure what the issue is, but it made the build unplayable for me.

While I'm here commenting, I thought I would mention as some constructive criticism that I often find that the music transitions in your intros can be a bit jarring... For example in this video it started with a nice, relaxing song to fit the aesthetic of the overview, but then cuts to your big, loud energetic intro music. As a suggestion for an alternative, perhaps you keep the intro song the same for the whole intro, and maybe save 'your song' for the outro? Hopefully this helps
