- Welcome to this Sims 4 Island Living luxury mansion that was built on one of Sulani's breathtaking beaches. This tropical three bedroom family mansion was built with the brand new Sims 4 Island Livin Expansion Pack in combination with objects from other packs. This beach house sits over the glistening water of Sulani's ocean and has a deck area where your Sims can sunbath and enjoy the water. They can use the pool ladder to take a dip in the refreshing ocean.

Crazy! I had the same experience with building my first house with the Island living pack! I was pretty mad with the houses I build before, didn't like them, but with this pack everything felll in place magically. Building was the most fun for MONTHS. I was amazed by this, and I am by your house aswell! So beautiful!

Hi ya Kate! Just watched this vid and I'm blown away by your builds. Just got back into the game, clearly I missed a few expansions. Island living brings a new dimension to things. Anyways, I noticed in this vid you had an issue with placing items on glass floors? I had a similar problem with Christmas presents on a glass floor and found if I build a room around it I could delete the object with the room. Since this vid has been here a while you've probably already figured this out yourself but it was something I hit on by accident and thought I'd pass it on. Thank you for the inspiration you given me in my own builds!

Kate Emerald absolutely, it’s amazing, honestly other than Seasons I can’t think of a pack that offered that much gameplay and build/CAS content. I was sceptical at first because 1. I wanted university and 2. I‘m not that much into beach themes and the hawaiian style BUT for the current weather/summer vibes I feel like it fits perfectly and surprisingly escpecially the buildmode is so much fun. I’m excited to see with what you come up next! 😊
