Hi Sarah Season's Greetings to you too; have a super day! Yes, here's my video on fatigue. www.avogel.co.uk/health/menopause/videos/how-to-beat-menopause-fatigue/
I have excised my whole life since I was sixteen. Now 58 I could walk ten miles and still wake up with menopause? I got some questions for you did you have children? Did you have a hysterectomy? And how bad was your menopause? How long were you in it? And what was your major complaint?
Hi Linda Great that you can still walk 10 miles! Yes, I have 3 daughters, didn't have a hysterectomy, my peri-menopause was the worst as symptoms tended to come and go; mainly anxiety and fatigue and the 'emotional' issues such as wanting to be left alone! Peri-menopause was about 4 years and 2 years after periods stopped.
A.Vogel UK thanks for answering I am curious and ask many women and am shocked at the rate of hysterectomies. Its seems ladies that don’t have strong hormones breeze through easier. I had hyper emesis during my 3 pregnancies it was fierce and IV’s kept me alive. I had 3 healthy kids. Now they said I have menopause dysphoria disorder. Just my luck I got my period till 56 now 58 I am feeling a little better. But yes anxiety and night sweats are horrible and I wanna be left alone and it doesn’t go over well with my husband of 33 years. I agree exercise is my lifestyle and it probably saved my life. I did push through unbelievable morning sickness the OB doctor was dumbfounded how sick I was but not pregnant. I lost much weight and now struggle to eat , smells bother me very badly. I have GOD and that has been my saving grace. I am 100% sure without that I would have withered. Merry Christmas and yes 2020 a better year for all women!
