In high school I’ve had many coaches who were not teachers. And if they were teachers, they actually taught at another school. One worked in a water factory, another was a prison guard, another was in the national guard
Quickness at the right time !!! That’s just it. Some coaches hate this. And will bench you. I was mvp and held more double triples etc from this exact method. Trust me it wasn’t lazy ness lol 😂
I’m coaching my little brother’s Primary (elementary) team because they were struggling. They were 4 games into the season losing to 40+ points while they score only like 3 buckets 😂😂before I joined. Now that I joined them we went really well on a 6 game winning streak while beating those teams they lost to. But now I’ve got a problem it’s going down hill back to square one. The teams gone comfortable and never listen to me anymore after those great games. Discipline gone out the door and never apply the things we go through at training compared to when I started with them . We lost our game last night 48-10 to a team we’ve already beaten. I know they’re just kids and I want them to have fun. idc if they lose only thing I want from them is improvement so they can carry it with them when they move on. Any advice coaches?
