    If you save the whites (don't add anything or stir them at all) you can keep them in the freezer. When you have a full cup, you can mix them with a pure protein powder (I do dairy, so i use whey) and make them into fantastic crepes. This is how I make all my sandwiches. Chop up whatever cold cuts I have and roll it up in the crepe.

    What is glycine and what does it do for the french toast?

    • @ancestralhealing
      @ancestralhealing  3 года назад +6

      Glycine is an amino acid, or a building block for protein. The body can make glycine on its own, but it is also consumed in the diet. A typical diet contains about 2 grams of glycine daily. The primary sources are protein-rich foods including meat, fish, dairy, and legumes. Glycine can also be taken as a supplement. It has a slightly sweet taste, so that is why sometimes we sprinkle it on "desserts".
