Over time, my Arai Profile developed more wind noise than usual. The visor was not seated well. This video shows how to adjust the visor to create a snug seal.
I had accepted high wind noise as a characteristic of my Arai. I just took a 1800+ mile road trip and the constant wind noise was the single most fatigue factor for me. While stretching on the bike I accidentally found a quiet spot/ angle and realized that the high wind noise could probably be reduced by improving the seal between the visor and shell. I followed the steps here and now paper can't get through. Thanks for posting this, I cant wait to try out if it's worked on the bike!
Brilliant! I had a slight leak from the top and this sorted it out perfectly. Would never have guessed to push back on the red retainer clip to pop the side plate.
