    Do you need to supplement with Omega 3 if you are following a largely whole foods plant based diet ?

    • @CharGC123
      @CharGC123 Год назад +3

      Just make sure to incorporate daily plant foods high in omega 3's like ground flax, chia or hemp seeds, walnuts, Brussels sprouts, algae and sea veggies.

      See Dr Klapper’s most recent video on the omega 3 supplements. He mentioned that, even though he consumed high Ala foods, his DHA was indirectly measured low ( there’s no way to measure DHA levels in the brain), so he’s started to take the DHA supplements.

    Indiscriminate food combinations impair nutrient absorption.

    Hello Dr.K what’s your view on Weetabix? I’m addicted to them 😢 but your opinion would change my mind and give me strength to quit … thank you 🙏🏼

      Weetabix isn’t popular in the United States, and can be found in some specialty stores. So, likely, Dr Klapper isn’t familiar with it.
