This model might very well become a classic among watch enthusiasts. As a relatively affordable quartz equivalent of what Seiko used to have with their SKX, monster and turtle watches. Judging by the many versions that have come out it is a good selling watch for Citizen.
I just bought this model. Very nice watch. I hope it will last long. Quartz watches are very practical. I am just surprised how well is this watch is manofactured for 250 Euros I paid.
I love my Citizen eco-drive divers and Others. They are accurate, bracelets while not always top tier...are comfortable. Lume is plenty bright for my old eyes to see at 4 inches morning. Also this one wears smaller that dimensions suggest.
Those straps can be curved to fit the wrist better, by placing it in a coffee cup, making sure it follows the curve, then add some boiling water. Let it sit for a few minutes, and that will set the shape.
I think Macys must have had that watch in there showcase for customers to try on. It is what we call “shop worn”. I’d definitely return it if I were you.

Macy's sent you an used and returned under warranty watch , somebody used it , returned it and they sold it to you in the hopes that you wouldn't return it . The watch is not brand new at all , mine came with nylon films all over it which is the way they are supposed to be sent to the buyer .
I return the black one for misaligned markers but I really like it but hopefully I’ll buy the Pepsi one day. Here in Canada 🇨🇦 it’s always more expensive then you guy’s in the USA 🇺🇸. I believe the second one you listed out is a blue dial. I had that one for a while. The original release was black dial/black bezel and blue dial/blue bezel. It does look black in the picture you put up, but it was definitely blue.
Good news is you can drive up to Macy’s and do the return-and maybe even get the replacement? Also, what I have found from Macy’s, is they usually ship from manufacturer, so then you have to wait for them to ship to Macy’s, and then to you, so takes twice and long to receive. And I always check Amazon or others first, who usually have for less than retail.

I was disappointed to find the casebook doesn't have the same 'engraving' on the back like the blue faced version 😞 And my other criticism is that the date window is way too small for practical use in anything but perfect conditions and with 20/20 eyesite
There's any big difference between this model and the citizen NY 0086-16L? I mean they're some difference between the color of the band. One is black the other is blue. Some difference between the bezel. The numbers in one are bigger that the other, and the date are one at the 3 and the other at the 4. But they are different at the machine? At the inside of the watch? And the glass are different? Like one is mineral glass and the other have sapphire cristal? Because the ine that you're talking about is a little bit more expensive than the other one, but what's that? Best regards

Does the Pepsi model have the same shade of blue as the blue model?
I've got the all blue version of this and my caseback is entirely different. It has quite a bit more text and the entire centre is filled with an ECO DRIVE graphic.
Serious question - do you even know how business and supply chain and logistics works? To keep it simple - Chinese companies sell direct to consumer for the most part from the factory. The '2 BIG' names sell to a distributor, who has expenses shipping the watches to warehouses which then get stocked and then get shipped again to individual retailers. Every step has a cost both in handling (wages) and delivery (trucks, boats, planes, vans, etc cost money dont 'cha know). Also, the '2 BIG' names have a thing called a warranty that's not just a piece of paper. Good luck getting your $125.- knock off fixed and tell me exactly how much it cost you to send your watch to China and back again IF (and that's a BIG if the brand even talks to you about a repair). Everytime I read someone say 'durrrrr, my Ali Express watch has sapphire, durrrr' it makes me faceplam so much my eyebrows are wearing off from the friction.

Gotta love how Citizen sticks with aluminum bezel inserts: you can't beat the red with ceramic.
damn that caseback...even the bezel insert is scratched at the 20 marker. Someone wore that thing for a while when decided to return it.
I have the full red and green versions and have changed the bands. These two all so come with the S/S band. The Pepsi looks good.

Yes, that is a really a shame. I just bought this and that is just about the only disappointing thing on this watch, the rest of it is near perfect
