What is Systemic Racism

Saying that certain things can only be a result of systemic racism is wrong. Other factors could be to blame. Levels of crime and attitudes need to be considered but are not even brought into the equation. Indeed, even those two things are blamed on systemic racism.

Well they aren't "blamed" on systemic racism. Saying it was "BLAMED" makes it seem like it's not a direct factor of it.
The crime is high BECAUSE of systemic racism.

Well... Who decided that the terms Black and White as the appropriate ones? We used to have different names for different complexions. You can't change the memtioned associations with black and white, but you can change how we refer to each other. Personally I feel like we shouldn't tribalize by using such group identity markers.
