Great practice with funky transitions, some of course impossible for me😂. How do you stand up from sitting without crossing your legs or using hands????? 😳 I can stand from cross legged but would be sitting forever if I tried like you! Is there a knack? ❤🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽. Thanks 🙏🏽
oooh, yes I do have a tip for you! when you plant your feet and start to lean forward/get your weight forward, pull your knees away from each other toward the sides of the mat so that you create physical space to get the weight of your upper body forward. does this make sense? I just made a video that'll post later this month in the Kula showing it/practicing it! But I hope this helps here, too :)
Personally didn’t love this one and the repetition of the same sequence for 40 minutes. Not trying to be rude by any means, I love just about every single flow you’ve ever shared with us on RUclips, this just wasn’t a fave to me and that’s okay 😊

But try this one again if you’re ever in the mood for a toning and strength workout- this one’s great for that! And as far as the repetition, I like to use that as a chance to make the next round more smooth and flowy in my transitions and you end feeling really accomplished, graceful and strong. It’s great that she has a good variety to find what fits our needs!
