In Brazil we don't have a word to difference lemon and lime
What you call lime we call limão
And what you call lemon we call "limão Siciliano" (lime from Sicilia)
as a brazilian i'd recommend taking off the white parts in the middle of the lime because it bitters a lot faster when you blend the whole thing

that happens cause in brazil is the opposite, the US limes for us are lemons or as we say “limão” and the US lemons are limes for us or “limão ciciliano”, lemons are pretty rare to find here so we use limes instead
