Dancing Mad has always been one of my favorite boss battle tunes; it's incredibly long and drawn out, with different acts to each section of the boss battle. so, instead of just remixing one part of it, i remixed the whole thing.
i released this album mid last year, and i'm just now getting around to tossing it up on youtube. it's released as a free download on my site and whatnot.
the styles range all over the place, with influences drawn from orchestral music, drum and bass, breakcore, house, dubstep, chiptune, etc.

I love when people tackle Dancing Mad. Its probably still one of the greatest musical scores in gaming. This is really well done and deserves a lot more views than it has. Great work!

@@SetzerII I don't recall; that was two years ago. RUclips was recommending me Dancing Mad covers every day for like half a month. It was a good time.
@@SetzerII Looking at my history, it could have been by FalKKonE, Grissini Project, or RebbecaETripp. Orchestral Fantasy did a pretty sweet one too, but it's too recent to be the one I had compared this to.
@@calebchild4467 In this case, I recommend you give a listen to the Symphonic Arrange (yes, arrange, not arrangement) of Dancing Mad, the one with 2,7 millions of views. It's my personal favorite.
Quite refreshing to hear such a unique approach on a classic set of pieces. Really dug what you brought to the table, and it also blew me away to hear all the different ways you tackled each piece. I was expecting each tier to just be one take only elongated to extend play time and let the listener enjoy the tunes, but you get major props for putting in the extra effort. Anyway, Keep up the awesome work!

Ok, i really don't like electro, but with the overwhelm metal covers, i must say that at least, this one is carrying the most the wicked atmosphere when others focus on epicness. Great piece.

It's clear that you put an astronomical amount of work into taking on the entirety of this long piece. I don't have much of a concept of how long it takes but it must be long. Just wanna let you know, I listen to this whenever I program and I can't help but jump out of my fucking seat whenever the beat drops after the intro. Probably freaks out the people I sit next to, but if they heard this they'd understand.
Came back to this 3 years later. Forgot about the intro. Freaked out my girlfriend from my reaction. Still an amazing song.
Holy shit this is so good. From the opening salvo that starts @ 4:32 during the first boss, which is extremely intense(and my favorite part of the original song) to that purgatory beat which is extremely catchy and groovy... this has a wonderful flow. I love it. And the final act music is great as well. I love Dancing Mad, and it's still by far the best final boss theme in the entire franchise. Maybe in ALL of gaming. Yes, better than One Winged Angel. It's not even close.

Wonderful! Easily my favorite song from this game, followed very, very closely by "Searching for Friends". This is absolutely fantastic.. but I will admit, every rendition I've heard of Dancing Mad has been really spectacular. This one is none the lesser'; superb job, and kudos!

If it makes you feel better, the video of the original unedited version of dancing mad is 2.2 mil views, with the original unedited version is 4 times that at 8.8 million views, and the advent children version is 6 times dancing mads view count. Final fantasy 6 is just brutally underrated.
