Looks delicious…It has similar characteristics to a Christmas/summer desert we have here in Australia called “Trifle” it has sponge layers with jelly ,fruit, custard and cream.
This looks so good and seems like a great, light dessert for summertime! And yes, I’d be dipping those wafers in the pudding before I ever got it all put together. 🤣
