It's just my natural hair with some greys popping through. My mother and father both went grey super early so, naturally, my siblings and I all are doing the same! Just embracing it! Thanks for that kind compliment!!
@@margaretmatheny i can relate. I have been going gray since i was 16, i used to dye it but now i just got some blonde highlights to help it blend with my super dark hair. No point in fighting it anymore lol! At 35 im pretty gray.

Hey! I realize you think this is helpful for viewers, but you might also want to consider that this may undermine the viewership of the creator (Margaret in this instance)
@@alexandrac9172 I totally see where you're coming from with this! I'd also like to chime in that these kinds of comments are extremely helpful "key takeaways" that save a lot of time for people with ADHD, autism, or other sensory processing troubles. It helps so much to see a note that sums up the main points for quick reference after watching the content for a refresher : ) I can see both potential cases for aiding as well as possibly detracting from the video, but just wanted to give a second point of view here. I'm sure your insight comes from good intentions as well & I am glad that some creators have the agency to take down these comments if they feel the same way
@@alexandrac9172on the contrary: I appreciate the summary after watching the video; it helps the content to sink in and therefore provides more value, giving me an even better impression of the channel.
So good to hear someone else talk about showering in the dark 😅 Total shoutout to this situation and how relaxing it really is!! See it’s not weird at all haha! As apart of sleep hygiene I educate my clients the importance of sensory activities, and dark showering is one of them. To wash away the day, listen to the water, cause you don’t see focus on the scents of your soap or body washes. Thank you for sharing this tip 😄
Thank you so much for this video, Margaret. I’d love to have a cup of tea over at your house because the coziness and calm call to me. You’re absolutely right that it isn’t about striving for perfection at all, being more intentional truly helps in all aspects of life 🤍 I’m all about the visuals too, clearing surfaces off, natural colours, warm lighting, it really calms me down, and brings me to the present, for years I would wonder why I preferred warm lighting and it makes so much sense. Thank you for the desperate measures section! Gosh what a magic recipe for a rough day. ✨
Great content, greay tips for a minimalist lifestyle, very helpful tips 🎉 "living below your means" adjust your lifestyle, be frugal, budget, save and invest. This helped me out as a 6 figure earner. I've grown over a million in retirement savings with this method
There's a lot of investing options real estate, stocks, crypto, ETFs, but my best advice get a professional lead you into profitable one and make good financial decisions
Investing is a good one, I advice everyone prioritize profitable investment now, you'll be thrilled at the decision you made today in a few months. Great recommendations on here 👍🏻
Thank you! I really want a calm, simplified and declutterrd home. I am good at cleaning but it's the clutter that I can't get a handle on. It overwhelms me. I'm finally going to do a car boot this weekend though so that's one more step to decluttering. Love your tips. Thank you xx ❤❤
Good luck with your birth and can’t wait to hear about/see your new baby and how you’re doing. But equally hope you take time to rest and not feel you must rush back to work. Wishing you light & love 🤍 A great video as always and love the tips for calming a chaotic day/moment with young kids xxx
I hope by the time we are seeing this you have delivered. 💙 A great video. This came at the right time for me. Only two weeks left of school holidays and I’m flaggin. Need some energy to get through. Thank you x
Props to you for posting quality content while so close to your delivery date! Not sure if it's no biggie for you, but I know that it can be a stressful & eventful time where making videos can become a harder task for some people. Wishing you the most peace during this journey, Margaret : D
Hope you are feeling well as you are entering into the last few weeks before baby boy arrives. As a mom of boys and grandmother to 4 boys and 2 girls, I am so happy for your 3rd boy!! They will be best buddies. Thank you for the great suggestions for a calmer life!
I teared up reading your comment! That's the vision I'm taking with me and holding onto. My husband is one of 4 boys and they are all best friends too. So so sweet. Thanks for sharing!
My Hubby and I are working towards buying a house together and I look forward to implementing all these tips once we move ❤ P.S. the baby bump is so adorable 🥰
Margaret, thank you for these tips for calmness and peace in our homes. We engage in many of these but there are a few more that we will try in our home! May I ask what are some of the cleaning products you use in your home? Thanks. God bless you and yours and I can't wait to see you holding your little one in your arms!

Hi Margaret, this video was so helpful and calming in and of itself! We have a 2 year old, and just lost our second baby recently. Feeling extra stressed but learning the importance of rest 🤍
Love your videos, been trying to slowly live minimally and your vids inspire me so much. Side note, I’ve been struggling with eczema. Can you remind me what brand grass fed beef tallow you use??
I looked at that mattress company when I was shopping for a healthier mattress. It was just too complicated with the layers and the firmness. I was so afraid choosing wrong that I just went with something else.
I have a reading disability, so can only read with technology. I find myself getting sucked into other tech because it’s too available. Wish I could solve this problem.
Along the lines of your mattress… do you have a good pillow recommendation? We are in the market for new ones, and it’s so hard to find the “perfect” one!
Savvy has some amazing pillows. We love their wool pillow! I think you could use my code for that too!! I'd even reach out, their customer service is incredible. Tell them what you prefer in pillows and they will direct you! I've been so impressed and grateful for that aspect in their company, it's hard to blindly find the right items!
Hi, I’m just curious if you still use Smear? I noticed you’ve linked a different brand of tallow and wondering if you like this new one better and if so, why. I bought Smear off of your recommendation and LOVE everything I’ve ever purchased from them. But what is different or better about this tallow?
I love Smear! Still such a great option. I personally like how Ela is more tallow forward and their vanilla lavender scent *clean* scent is something I just crave!
