Independence of the Seas: 3-4 adults in an inside cabin!

- This video was filmed onboard the Independence of the seas in October 2017. This was my first Royal Caribbean cruise. It was filmed pre-refit but as far as I am aware Royal Caribbean did not update the cabins in their 2018 refit so it should still look as it does in this video.
Ever wondered how you fit 3 or 4 people in an inside cabin? This is how! It is definitely do-able but you have to be very friendly with your fellow cruisers. I wouldn't recommend it for too long.

Been on this ship when I was about 6 years old! I have been shown many great pictures of when I was on it and still have some memories.

Emma, I have to say, that this "bob" hairstyle (I think that's what the ladies call it here in the US?) is absolutely the most flattering on you. I'm a guy, so you know, most of us guys prefer the long hair and you do look absolutely lovely regardless of how long or short your hair has been in all your videos. However, we all have that one "do" (hairdo) that makes us look the most stunning and I just want to put in my vote for this one right here. I did see a clip of this video in another more recent review, so I had to come find this video just so that I could encumber you (but hopefully delight you) with this bit of knowledge. And that is all.

Another great video! We've seen the spot for the beds in the ceiling, but have never seen one popped out for use! Very cool! You're right, close quarters in trying to get around the bed to get in, maybe just dive or crawl in? lol Cheers!
Im very glad to have found this video! I’m trying to book a cruise for myself and two friends. First time! I’ve been confused because online the room options are listed for 2 guests per room. However, it allows me to add additional guests and rooms at checkout. If I add a 3rd guest, will I also need to add and additional room? or will the ship have accommodations like this with an additional bed? I haven’t been able to find an answer anywhere! 😮
Actually pretty impressed with the head room, our worry would be getting in and out of bed for the loo after to many cocktails!! Great tip though for when budgets are tight and you literally use your cabin just for sleeping.
Ha ha yeah the ladder was a bit steep! But that's part of the fun... Getting up there was easy but turning around so I was facing the camera was a struggle :')

Looks like a great size room for an interior room! Though a definite struggle would be getting out of the floor bed if both bunks are down. Lol. I wonder if they would require the Queen to be split into two twins? Awesome video!

Hooo boy, myself and three of my travelling buddies are going to be in one of these come January. We've traveled together in the past, and this year decided to do a cruise for our annual trip. I think we'll be okay, but four guys in a room this size might be... interesting? Thanks for the video! Hope you had a good time on the cruise.

We'll power through! Heading to the Caribbean in January. I did the trip with my wife a few years ago, and the guys wanted to give it a shot, so we'll be on the same boat and itinerary again. I had a good time, so I don't mind a duplicate trip.

My Model Mummy VLog yeah! They usually have pull out beds/sofa beds in balconies don’t they... I prefer a bunk I think!

How about a very large adult or teen boy let's say over 250 pounds would they be able to sleep on the bunk bed without the bed falling. I have some really large family members.
Hmm, I'm sure they'd fit but I don't think you've be very comfortable! If you were much over 6ft your feet would probablys stick over the end...
Emma Cruises thanks, my mother is claustrophobic ,she is my traveling companion so we probably never stay inside cabin. But my brother and his wife are large and tall. My cousin, her husband and son are also large and tall. They wanted a inside cabin to save money. I thank you real have to like each other or by the end of the cruise you might want to hurt them.
