They played it in Berkeley. I was kind of thunderstruck the whole concert, this song... I kinda see it as that it's okay to be thunderstruck. That's how I see her message that evening, she was *SO* punk rock! The 90s are over, sadly, St. Vincent is not Fugazi or some band like that. Thunderstruck is unmistakable.
I've yet to see a vid where I'm impressed. I'm happy to stand corrected. Please link a vid which you would consider to be one of her better ones. Even if it's just "okay" If it's more than "strumming a few chords", I'll happily eat my words, and say "shit, actually, I take it back. That's pretty okay / good / very good"

I think you're kinda missing the whole point of music. It's not about flashy guitar solos.

There's nothing more annoying than an acoustic solo set video that doesn't show the guitar. Unless you don't play the guitar, I guess.
Perhaps expand your chord dictionary. The chord namer at JGuitar can be helpful.
