  • Michael Landon's Daughter Finally Confirms What We Thought All Along.
The striking presence of iconic actor Michael Landon, with his handsome visage and cascading hair, captivated audiences effortlessly. His confidence was palpable, evident in his ease before the camera, often baring his torso without hesitation. Yet, beneath this facade of poise lay a life veiled in tragedy, known only to his closest kin. Today, 33 years after his passing, his daughter unveils the sorrowful events that shaped his existence.

I loved Michael Landon as 'Little Joe' and especially as 'Charles Ingles' on 'Little House on the Prairie'.
I had my picture taken with him in the late 80's when I worked at TV station airing 'Highway to Heaven' during sweeps promotions. He came to visit Channel 11 and toured every department in the building. It was a joy to meet him and I still have the picture of me with him. I didn't know he was Jewish. God really blessed him!

I saw his last time he was on the Tonight Show. I gasped when I saw the look on Johnny Carson face as Michael walked across the stage to be seated. I had tears in my eyes and Johnny was fighting tears as he started the interview. All who saw Michael’s gaunt condition knew he was really saying good-bye to his fans that night. Although he tried to be up beat we knew that cancer had won. He was smiling and we, his fans were crying…and saying good-bye to a dear actor who had brought much joy into our lives.

So what was confirmed by the daughter? He was a womanizer we know this looking at all his marriages. Women loved him. I'm sure he made his peace with God before he passed. Losing him was a shock, I fully thought he would beat his cancer. I was a lucky one to have watched him in all 3 of the major shows he stared in, Bonanza,Little House and Highway to Heaven. My household all gathered to watch each of these shows when it was time for them to come on. Acting just came natural for him.

Must be asking for someone to send an Airmail letter to him for some odd reason? Maybe because he's a "Prophet"? Well, if I were him, I'd definitely NOT call myself a Prophet because that directly means there's an excellent relationship with God who tells someone a message for them coming from God The Creator, and spiritually speaking, one who's not a Prophet but makes such a claim, God will make it known such person isn't a Prophet in any number of ways that people will then question why would such a horrible thing happen to a "Prophet" because God can prevent a bad something or another, or allow it to be that maybe Satan has orchestrated. Especially if/when a Prophet asks for money to support his family with. Be careful when donating money to any "Man of God" because not all are really whom they say. Follow the money then you'll really know.

Never could get into Little House on the Prairie but I liked Highway to Heaven. R.I.P. MICHAEL.

GOD GIVE HIM A WONDER GIFT. AND the mistakes he made in his life has no effect on me because he was only human. We all have made hiccups but that does not mean he should be judged . Jesus was the perfect human. My self , i've made mistakes.

Michael Landon's sad fate with Pancreatic Cancer paved the way for my son who died of the same disease at about the same time Patrick Swayze also sucumbed to the same thing. For an illenss that had been little known, many of my family have died of it since then. I rememver seeing Michael on Johnny Carson when he told Johnny he had cancer, was going to die and there was no hope. Johnny was shocked, so were many of us. If you want to know about this man read his daughter Cheryl's biography (I Never Promised My Dad) , or watch the A & E Biography, or the Special "Michael Landon: Memories with Laughter and Love" that has his children introduce it. Both are so much better than this.

I salute this man that family little house in the Prairie made that movie that was his family, he was terrific. He was a good actor and it’s kind of funny that these actors are gone that is my question to the Lord Hawaii the day will come. That is my question to him and I know we’re not supposed to be asking any questions and why but I have all the right to know, so my biggest respect for this gentleman very respectable man he was a gentleman. All I know about Michael Landon that is a child. He suffered very much suffered as he was growing up. He was still suffering people that’s around him specially at school, but is he got older he was under the screen of movies, and the good thing about it is that Lauren Green took him under his wing and he looked at him like a father figure long green was a very compassionate man That man took care of him that Lauren Green was like his family, and the people that he was acting around. Those were his brothers, and he made that movie highway to Heaven. I know he was preparing himself because he knew he had cancer, but anyway got it really blessed that man of all the years that he was suffering as a child as how he was growing up. God always has a plan for us always always I know he’s gone but I’m pretty sure he has a place in heaven that I know is a very compassionate man who was a real gentleman, as for his looks, he was dead gorgeous that I can say, and as a father I’m pretty sure he was excellent. That’s the way I monogrammed that man I enjoy seeing his movies all the time even if I have to see him over and over and my life I’ll never forget that man, it’s a pity that these actress or actress they’re gone. I’m pretty sure one day if I go to heaven I’ll ask the Lord why why do those people have to leave first that is my question to the Lord I’m Nelda. I’m at the dip in Texas I’m in the low valley, I’ll be sure to ask him that question. I hope his children valued him and I hope they always will remember this man. Lord bless this man may he be close to you and may he be in the throne

Probably manipulated, but my dad died from Pan Can in 1987. He passed the night b4 his 47th bday at 46. I’d JUST turned 17 myself. Mere months prior, he looked young, even tho as a teen at the time, you think they’re ‘old’. I have pics taken of him just shortly after his diagnosis that he was so frail and old looking, that it hurt and terrified me to see him like that. We were close and he had a ‘joke of the day’ for me. I tried to make a joke as we always did, and he laughed, but I couldn’t keep up the act. He tried hard to keep his sense of humor. Esp back then, and today still, depending on head/tail and if operable (NON operable back then) ppl are usually given just weeks to a few months. Because when it does hit, it hits the entire body fast and very hard. That’s why it’s still the most devastating cancer to be diagnosed with even in 2024.

Love the information! Not fond of the inability of the speaker to pronounce words properly.

The narrator speaks like someone with English as a second language. There needs to be better review before running the tape.

It does if you know Him and know that this world is not our home, this isn’t heaven, evil exists, and so does free will. If you encounter Him, you just KNOW. Actually, if you encounter and know a dark supernatural evil exists in the world and the Bible talks about it, why would GOOD and God not exist.
Life is short. We all die. We’re not promised one more second. You can question a ‘horrible God’, not believe at all, or accept Christ. How are we to die? Should every human ever born LIVE FOREVER? Death is inevitable and we don’t know when or how our death will come. It might seem ‘unfair’, but I propose you don’t know the Bible very well, nor do u want to, and that is WHY you CANNOT understand.
