The asus tuf a15 looks amazing on paper but the RTX 3070 only have like a 95W power limit if I remember correctly. Still a great laptop that doesn't cost your organs to get.
You seemed to have that on normal rather than turbo, I have that laptop and clocks go up to 1800mhz on the GPU didnt see it breech 1400mhz. It runs hot as standard but temps can be massively reduced if you're willing to do a bit of DIY

I have same laptop but ı take 95 95 c on cpu
About 25-45% slower than the desktop counterpart. Not awful, but kinda lame they price it the same. Should be cheaper.

Laptops have ditched the Max Q naming but yes it is a "Max Q" now just named mobile GPUs
it's an Asus TUF A15 it has a 95W max TDP for the 3070 i know cause I own this exact laptop
