I have x570 r5 5600g 3200mhz ram 600w and when i play fortnite its 144 fps but it shows like 30 60 fps and sometimes fps drop it’s unplayable can somebody help me

My fps is max 10 and lowest 1 this is awful at lowest setting

I did everything the same, but GPU-Z says "Resizeable BAR disabled" because of "Unsupported GPU". Probably it only affects dedicated GPU?!
