    I've just found this channel, and I have to say it's absolutely excellent. The content and production is top notch, you're a great example of what bodyweight training can do. Will you be releasing more videos soon?

    Hey jerry as always ... great tips and exercise... if I don’t have a ring or a pull-up bar... what other exercise for isolated biceps?

    What are you’re thoughts on L-sits, I was wondering if you would do a progression series on them?

    • @JerryTeixeira
      @JerryTeixeira  3 года назад +1

      Sure, I can. They are a fine isometric. Really, I don't program them much unless someone wants to eventually learn straddle L and then straddle press handstand. But they are a fine exercise.

    Hey Jerry, what about forearms? Too many guys focus just on triceps and biceps but have stick forearms...I believe forearms are the most impressive muscles. How did you get such huge forearms and how would you isolate them in "calisthenics fashion"? Maybe fat gripz, hangs, etc...?

    • @JerryTeixeira
      @JerryTeixeira  3 года назад +1

      I do the following pushup series as warmup for training 4 days a week. I do them on the floor not against the wall, but the wall is the way to start here is the link ruclips.net/video/Hd74NTDSLag/видео.html

    How many sets do you recommend on these ? 3 sets to failure ?

    • @JerryTeixeira
      @JerryTeixeira  4 года назад +1

      It really depends, if it’s at the end of an upper body session one will probably do it, but they aren’t highly taxing, and if you alternate the two you can do 3 of each like that, sure.

    What you think about diamond push ups ?

    • @JerryTeixeira
      @JerryTeixeira  4 года назад +1

      Also great, they also require work from the pecs, which is good, bug if your pecs are already fatigued you can add the skull crushers in to target the triceps out fatiguing the pecs. But both exercises are good to go.

    Hey, Jerry, why don't you use wooden rings? :)

      I have a nicer full rack and wood rings in my house. I leave this setup outside in the elements so they are cheap plastic
