Might be worth to mention those wont work on quest 3 for pcvr or if you plan on charging your quest 3 while using them. Especially those with a bobovr that allows to charge the headset with a battery. It won't charge your quest while using the earbuds. Works flawlessly on quest 2.
Augh, that's tragic. I really hope there's another way to use this dongle - based on the description it seems like it might be possible to use it by plugging the thing into my PC (either directly via usb-c or with an adapter) instead of the quest so I could still charge and play, but I'm not sure. Charging + playing and having some sort of audio solution that blocks outside sound is critical for me haha, trying to figure something out before I dive into a purchase of a quest 3.

Can you elaborate on this please. The Bobo battery is as yet unchanged, so is it a Quest 3 issue? Could it potentially be resolved with a firmware update? And do you mean won't INCREASE the headset charge level, or do you mean that it renders any external battery useless, i.e. no pass-through?
Did you test out the VR P10 passthrough charging port on the Quest 3 by any chance? It's supposed to be able to charge the Quest 3 via the passthrough on the dongle, but some people are saying it doesn't allow enough power to go through and so the headset doesn't charge and ends up dying despite being connected to a power source (usually an external battery I'd assume).
I got them for my Quest 3. Sorry to say, but I am returning them now. Volume is very low, even with headset volume set to max, and it require a phone app (more bloatware in the phone) in other to work (still didn't fix the volume issue though, even after firmware update). Touch functionality are not working either on the earbuds. Maybe I got a defective pair, but I am going to try something else now before getting those another try.
Just ordered some Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth 5.3 Headphones and Avantree C81 USB-C Bluetooth Audio Adapter for PCVR. I'll see if they work ok. More bothered about the PCVR content. I would not sih to use a dongle on the Quest 3 as I use that for my head strap and connected battery.
Did you find a new pair of headphones yet since I’ve seen your comments about it being disappointing? surprisingly no streamer talks about headphones so it’s kinda annoying to find good ones lol
I couldn't return mine to Amazon as I was beyond the return date. So I've stuck with them for now. I've tried messaging "Soundcore" to see if they are bringing out a new one specifically for the MQ3, but nothing back yet..... I use them when others are in the same room as me, but they haven't really got any better. So, to actually answer you, no nothing yet!! Lol. You seen any other alternatives?

These also broke my mic when I used them. Also the sou7nd is far to quite for people like myself., At full volume I still could hear people talking 10 meters away from me.
So if there in the case and the dongle is in no sound will come from the quest if so that’s kinda sucky. You’d have to take it out if you wanted normal sound or were charging the earbuds. I hear you can answer calls wile playing and it will tuen the game sound down a bit wile your on a call then turn the sound back up after you hang up. I’ll be connected to your phone through Bluetooth and the earbuds with the dongle at the same time.

Yeh its a bit of a flaw isn't it!! It does catch me out sometimes when I'm expecting audio out of the loudspeakers and forget the dongle is in!!
