    전신운동이 젤 쉬워서 이것만하고있음 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 식단은 귀찮아서 대충하고.. 지금은 보조제겸 영양제로 단백질이랑 활력포션모로실 챙겨먹는데 체지방빼는데 좋은듯.. 넘 날로먹나

    자기 몸자랑 체력자랑 하느라 초보들은 따라하지도 못하는 영상 투성이인데 이 영상은 정말 좋네요. 어렵지 않으면서도 운동효과가 아주 좋습니다.

    저 일주일 정도 아침 점심 저녁 3번 이 영상 보며 운동하고 있습니다 암투병으로 저질 체력이라 아직 5분밖에 못하지만 점점 체력 키워지는거 같아요!

    OK, I had just a few minutes, and I didn't really want to work out (lazy today) but this was perfect. I know I need to work out every day, even if it's for just a little while, so I'm happy that I disciplined myself to do 10 minutes, and I feel energized now too. I liked the no-talking, just music. Thank you, Alllanc.

    Love your workouts. I'm 67 have always workout but things started to change and nothing was working as much as I wanted . Since I have been doing your workouts my body is changing specially in middle. Thank you all.

    Perfect timing, I got vaccinated today and I don't think I can do a long workout or a HIIT with lot's of jumping and crunches etc, I think this 10 minute standing workout is perfect for me today with a sore arm. Thanks guys💪

    This was excellent! I had to stop exercising due to a severe flu for a week and a half, and this one was ideal for coming back on track, thank you guys! Missed the chitchatting, though!

    점심 먹고 어느정도 소화 시켜놓고 별거 없이 쉬느니 영상 보면서 다른 직원이랑 같이 매일 하고 있는데…
    직장인을 위한 점심시간에 할수 있는 영상도 만들어 주심 좋을것 같아 글 남깁니다.
    아무래도 밥을 먹었다 보니.. 많이 과하지 않게… 서서 할수 있는… 10-15분 정도(?)가 괜찮을것 같다는… 제 생각입니다.

    되게 쉬워 보였는데도 막상 끝나니깐 땀을 흠뻑 흘리네요. 간단한 동작인데도 운동효과가 좋은것 같아요. 열심히 따라해서운동해볼게요

    Love this. Using your 10 mins for warm ups before KBs. Working up go once a week bodyweight workouts and your longer ones are where I am going, I love the exercise combinations - they work
