Few different ways. Draw the cartoon yourself, pay someone to draw it for you or use something like this to get a close enough likeness: www.funko.jp/funkommunity/pop_icongenerator/create.html
Hi, this is amazing and makes it so much easier to create a pop box. My only problem is that the marvel logo doesnt really work. The one on the side works but if I put it at the front I just get a white box

I've had luck asking a packaging company to print me a one off box before so you might to able to ask a local company to do it for you, but the most common way it to get it printed at a poster printing store and stick it to cardboard like you said

Now I am trying to learn these skills, because my uncle want me to design a soap box for him, so I just simply recommended a custom boxes manufacturer so he can get all the things done within with low cost, bcoz they are providing free design support.
Are you using the Dorbz file or the Funko Pop file? Sometimes it doesn't show up straight away and your have to double-click on the file through the main file and save
What version of Photoshop are you using? Could be something as simple as remembering to save the file after editing it or if you're using an older version of Photoshop they might not support linked files. Let me know

Do you have to do anything special to print? Any special setting? I’m taking it to Kinko’s to print it
No special settings. Most places I've worked with like you to save them as a PDF but other than that it'll print fine. The file is already to scale

Where version of photoshop are you using? There's no new one, but they should still work. Just make sure to unzip everything into the same folder

Apparently procreate can handle psd files but I haven't tried. It's all in the link in the description can't hurt to give it a go

I’m using the latest version, all other files like logos & Icon change, it’s just the figure. Strange I know.

Google Pop Icon generator if you're looking for a simple likeness. Otherwise you're going to have it draw it
