It’s strange to me that intermittent fasting is such a big fad now. It seems that intermittent fasting is basically the same as skipping a meal. A typical schedule would be eating dinner at 7PM and then not eating again until 11AM. That’s basically skipping breakfast - because at 11AM they would want you to eat one sensible meal, not one with all of the calories of a breakfast + lunch. Thoughts?
