Great Video ! I do have a question before taking this class. Can you please advise a little more info on auto broker? I know the difference between broker and dealer is having a car lot..However, if you are a broker how many cars can you have at the same time for sale and can you sell them directly to the buyers? Also, if you have an office with 2 parking spaces can you keep the cars at your home and sell them from there if you have more than 2 ? In addition, when you are a rebuilder can you inspect your cars or do you still have to use an inspector to do that? Sorry for too many questions, but I got the ballpark for monthly cost ready, however; I do not have enough info on being a broker benefits. Thank you so much again for your videos.
We have a location that was played by the county and signed off on as being okay for the business, but it’s not a commercial area. It’s a office without a bathroom. Is that sufficient to go? Thank you.
