Thanks for watching Sherry. Glad you enjoyed it. This was just a quick little trip and video we have some great ideas in the pipeline. Absolutely love the high country
Cheers for watching Marty. Was good to get back out there, plenty more cracking places in the pipeline. We will have a cold one in the fridge for you mate 🍻
Cheers for watching mate. We love beardmores, another winter on it and I think it's going to be a nice little climb again it's starting to get some fun parts back on it
great video. we are heading out this weekend. would you recomend for a stock prado 150 with all terains? if so hat tracks in the area do you recomend? thanks
Do you have a winch mate for just incase? It isn't to bad in the dry that loop we done on this trip. If no winch I'd just do it in reverse and with a good line choice you will be fine
How do you go with stock rear bumper on y62 Patrol offroad? Looks like my s5 it hangs a little lower. Finding it hard to justify 4k on a rear bar let alone all the other barwork. Only fitting a spare on the rear makes it somewhat desirable as i cant get the big tyre underneath
I haven't touched the rear bumper once rarely even touch the tow tongue if I forget to take it out so no drama there. I've got a 295/70r18 underneath but had to deflate it most of the way. I'd like a rear bar one day though to get it out from under there and fit a long range tank.
@@4x4brothers Just re-read what i wrote that was terrible. yeah i tried to fit my 295/70r18 under there no chance by myself with it flat. Bought a new big trolley jack so i might in in with that but id hate to have to do it on the tracks. For now i think i'll throw it on roof rack use the forklift at work to get it up there lol
@@SomervilleMetalWorks haha I think I deciphered what you ment ok though. It was definitely a mission to get it in there but wasn't to bad I just go the diff side in 1st then wound up as much as I could then got under the back of it and gave it a good shove. Another way is to get a ratchet strap around the tyre to compress it 1st. The roof is is a pain if u need to get it off your self 🤣
hey I love you vids mates as always but can you please get rid of the horrible back ground music and let us here the roar of that V8 petrol of your Y62... Cheers mate see you in the next one Y62 Patrol owner from the Philippines
