Bus trip SANTIAGO BUENOS AIRES by tourist bus Turisval, Comil Campione
Special episode of the series 'ANDO EN BUS' with an international trip Santiago de Chile - Buenos Aires in a tourist bus from the Turisval company. This trip is part of day 1 and 2 of a tourist package that includes the trip Santiago - Buenos Aires - Termas del Ayui - Foz de Iguazú - Santiago, in 9 days and 8 nights, organized by the SAGA Tourism agency.
We boarded the bus in the Palacio Cousiño sector, in the commune of Santiago, in the Dieciocho neighborhood. We began the trip early in the morning, we crossed the Andes Mountains through the legendary Los Libertadores Pass, with views of the Los Caracoles slope, the Cristo Redentor Tunnel and the Argentine Customs House of Horcones where we did the immigration procedures.
In Argentina, we saw the beautiful mountain landscapes. The bus stopped in the city of Uspallata for lunch, where my mother and I ate rice with meat and salads, as well as buying alfajores.
In Mendoza, a place that has many vineyards. The bus stopped in the bus terminal area to refuel. There I bought Argentine pesos, I bought some things for the trip. The afternoon caught us on the route and we watched the sunset on Route 7. In the evening, the bus stopped at a restaurant in Villa Mercedes for dinner.
Finally, after 27 hours of travel, we arrived at the center of the city of Buenos Aires, at a central hotel that is a few blocks from the Obelisk, one of the city's landmarks.
The bus on this trip is from the Turisval company, a Comil Campione 3.65 bus with Volvo B420R chassis, plate JWSH43, registered in May 2019, with 46 'Semi Cama' seats.
