It's a year since the full Verkline package was fitted to my Golf and I can honestly say the difference, on track is astounding. Day to day driving is little changed but for competition, the car is really hooked up. Golfs are spongy and understeer if really pushed but the Verkline as removed all that. The final piece was the Wavetrac and that was the real icing on the cake. Love this car!

Bet that’s a great car to drive. Pricey to have all those things changed at once tho. For a daily, what are the best (perhaps most prone to wear) bushes to replace?

It sure is!! It's a TOTAL overhaul and the car feels incredible, stock bushes as well as the spherical bushes are wear items and have a lifespan.

The brakes are made by Powerbrake which is a South African company. Their UK distributor is CRS Performance in Cannock, UK. The boss's name is Steve Hurley who will quote if asked.

Yes the customer loves it! In fact today we are installing a BILSTEIN B16 coilover kit and next week he will be attending a track day with us.

We were going to shoot one at a track day just gone but unfortunately the customer has an issue with their brakes, hopefully he can get them sorted and come out with us at our next track day
