I have to ask you... i'm 53 and all of a sudden I fell apart in the last year, menapause for sure, Hair skin and toning all suffered, do you think it's possible with these arm workout to rebuild muscle and definition again at my age? Hi Annie! I’ve been following you now for about 6 months and I have had amazing results. I have a question for you: In your arm workout videos with the lighter weights, I notice you tend to open you entire ✋when lifting the weights, instead of wrapping your fingers around the 2/3lb dumbbell. It DOES seem to make it a bit harder when doing these workouts. I’m wondering if there’s a specific reason why you do that? Is there an added benefit to doing it?
