but the salt wont stick like that! D:
before you take them off the stove, add your spices, minus salt, and thoroughly mix in a good drizzle of light or thin soy sauce. the water evaporates within a minute of gentle stirring. makes the flavour even richer, and binds the spices. (a little pinch of garlic, thyme and smoked paprika st a lovely combo. be creative! )

Does cooking them like this make it taste saltier? Does the salt stick? I accidently bought unsalted pumpkin seeds a month ago and I want to salt them for a 1 time thing

To get the maximum benefits it should be roasted for 15-20 minutes, not more than that or less than 15 minutes.

Jeremiah 5:7-9 How shall I pardon thee for this? thy children have forsaken me, and sworn by them that are no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots' houses.
They were as fed horses in the morning: every one neighed after his neighbour's wife.
Shall I not visit for these things? saith the LORD: and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
