  • I tried Chloe Ting’s 2 week Ab challenge workouts and I am really SHOOK! I’m an Indian, Fat curvy Girl and kind of unfit at the moment, and These are my results and they were really great, aaaannddd you can achieve them too at the comfort of your own home with nothing at your disposal, maybe a yoga mat ( but that’s not important either)

    soo inspiring! i sooooo agree with the hormonal problem part of weight gain and the relationship with food, having gone through something similar, it gets quite frustrating knowing you are going to the gym regularly and not seeing results. love the fact you were so honest with the struggles

    Me on day 5 and my daughter on day 9 and she started getting her abs, she dont even required to do this but just to make me do she started with me but i took 4 days break due to fever. I must say this is amazing , i am following chloe since 2 yrs and i know it works. I lost almost inch around my waist in 5 days. U r really too good 👍

    wow..amazing results..u have really got abs..i am also following the same ab challenge of chloe ting..today was just day 2.. and my ab area is so painful.. i thought it is only i who is experiencing so much of pain.. and i may not be doing the exercises properly.. but now relaxed that it is normal..thanks to u..eager to get abs like urs..😍

      In my opinion, you should workout as soon as you wake up on an empty stomach, not just this workout, it applies to any workout you do. Working out on an empty stomach maximises fat loss.

    Anyone else watching this video while doing treadmill at home so to avoid looking again and again at timer ⏳ and to avoid giving up...
    I meant to say to divert yourself on other thing so to do a long workout.

    The first time I tried this I was able to do 10 days and lost 5-6 pounds~ months later I gained 15 pounds back~ I’m having trouble getting keeping my motivation 😭

    So I'm on my day 12 and I see no difference is it because I'm not engaging my core properly?? Tbh I really don't know how to engage my muscles properly..it's kinda lowering my hopes.☹️☹️
    But I'll still complete the whole 14 days and see if there's any slight difference or not.

      If you are feeling extremely sore, then take a rest day. But, It will take you away from your desired goal of getting abs in 2 weeks, I will suggest you to do after workout routine. ( you will feel less sore if you stretch for max 20 min, cause I was going through same pain after I started working out, but after spending good amount of time in stretching exercises, I am back in the race)
      Don't give up, you are just there 😉❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Great result 👍👏👏👏 I have also followed it for a month but not got great result. Don't know what I am doing wrong.
    How much time did you spend doing work out?

      Yes, I followed intermittent fasting so that I could decrease the number of calories I was eating. I just did this one video everyday, and walked for 5k steps on some evenings. You can try intermittent fasting and workout for atleast 45 mins everyday. I’m sure you’ll see some great results then

      Hey babe, kudos to you for slowly taking steps towards a helathier you!
      If you can’t get it right, don’t worry. Just do it at the range or speed at which you’re comfortable. You don’t need to rush and try and look like those fit influencers. Do it if you can, otherwise you can just do an alternative in place of that on days that you absolutely can’t do it. Like for up and down planks, you can also do plank shoulder taps in place of that, it gives me almost the same amount of burn!

      Hi, it’s not necessary to do this in the morning. You should this or any other workout that you prefer at any time of the day, whenever you’re comfortable!

      Yes! The reason behind this is probably because you might be toning your muscles and that’s why it may have started feeling firmer

I started the 2 week shred challenge but couldn't do it because I was getting peeled skin in my feet.. so I was looking for people with results from just the abs workout video and girllll we are the same body type.. so this has me even more pumped up!!!       I didn’t follow any particular diet. I just tried to keep control over my portions and practiced 16/8 intermittent fasting during this time to limit my eating window which in turn made me consume fewer calories

      Hi, I did only this one video because I was unaware about the entire challenge. But I would suggest you do the entire challenge, for the best results!

    I read in one of your comments you are following intermittent fasting ,could you please tell me if you were doing this exercise during the fasting window (16 hr)or during 8 HR eating window.Thank you.

      I workout before breaking my fast. So for example if I have to break my fast at 2, I’ll workout around 1-1.30! I always prefer working out in my fasting window right before breaking my fast
