12:00 I am almost 21 now and in the last year i've gained weight from lowering and ending a medication, but also my hips and everything have grown a lot this year. It's been a weird adjustment and I have also had trouble when im shopping to buy larger clothes. Part of me was really in denial, but i'm beginning to feel comfortable with it. hey just saying, thought my ocd would never leave and i swear to god i dont even think about it anymore. idk what ur ocd is like but mine was rly centered on myself, body, swallowing, getting up to pee like 50 times a night, holding breath, skin picking, etc tried therapy and it did jack shit. started meditating every single day and ive never felt better. would do like 15 mins a day and now like an hour ish a day.. my life is amazing
