Andor has been the only D+ show that was actually worth watching

agreed it actually had a script and a showrunner, mando season 1 was good but that was coming off the trilogy so the bar was pretty low

@@WHEEZY288I don't think mandalorian season 1 was that good. It was just hype from a not-utterly-terrible star wars media in ages. Werner Herzog was objectively a better actor and would've made a cooler villain than what we were given, most of the episodes are skippable and feature the same woke girlboss stuff as before. It had brevity when it still wanted to tell more story. Andor I've only seen briefly but it did look like an actual show but I suspect it's still not that amazing since it's Disney and the bar is just really low. Rogue One being the only unhated sequel era movie of mine does give me some optimism however

@@hippopilot6750 the bar was on the floor when it came out and it definitely got a lot of good will for not sucking. i haven't re-watched it but i remember the show having a good mystery of why tf there was a baby yoda, interesting characters, and a good finale. what woke girlboss vibes?? i just remember there being a former ufc fighter do her own stunts and suck at acting. andor is very good, i recommend it. it is headed by the guy who did the reshoots for rogue one so it has the same vision

@@WHEEZY288 they never explain why there's a baby Yoda though so the mystery point fails

@@hippopilot6750 the show is still going and we know grogu was there during order 66 so the mystery is still there. im giving alot of benefit to the showrunners that they have that reveal they just havent done it yet, could argue they shouldve since the show is going on season 5 and grogu obviously supposed to be out of the show when luke showed up. there's alot of questions that hopefully will get answered but who knows
