I been training Muay Thia kickboxing for sometime. I'm good with my feet and hands works... However, would like to improve on them. Im gonna used these skills to help myself get better. Got any tricks for leg blocks??? Would greatly appreciate it if you would like to share.
Men are visual creatures. Men likes women, generally. And now you are offended. But anyways, these are basic exercises that we've seen and many have actually done hundreds of times. Especially if you are in sports that require a lot of agility and speed. Face it, if its just an average fitness guy in the video you wouldnt even watch it or even commented, would you?
