That is genuinely a huge deal to me since I have attempted many, many guidelines and also my back still hurts after each a different one. I can`t believe I have acquired the answer for my back trouble I am hoping this will by final relief!.

Running outside is what cause me so much back pain. I still get it when I run the treadmill, but it isn’t nearly as severe. My having short legs seems to be why everything is firing into the lowers part of my long torso. So frustrating....
When you run on the treadmill the pressure between it and your foot is very low when you compare to the pressure you get from running on a hard ground, so your muscles are less squeezed! And that explains why your lower back doesn't hurt as much, and that's why experts always say that running outside (without a tradmeal) is better for your weight loss and your cardio workout in general

Also running causes tight muscles in quads and adductors and psoas which pulls on the pelvis thereby pulling on lower back muscles. I didnt think about the glutes though thanks

Once inside the bus, I sat down and experienced an excruciating pain on the right side of my back. This pain was only on one side of my back. What could have been the reason of such awful pain?

I have searched for videos trying to explain how to run, and literally no one say to activate the glutes.. this blew my mind,i habe been running alot lately, and get really fast tired in the lower back. I am really fit, great core, sixpack, big muscles for a tiny guy, but man my lower back have been driving me crazy. Been trying to alter my hip tilt from really anterior, to using core muscles and pull it to posterior tilt, etc, but nothing has worked.. i will try this immediatly!
i get upper back pain from running but only if I dont run for like a week or 2 that when I run feels like my spines affected and its hard to breathe but, when i start to continually run 3 times a week, the back henderance goes away. anyone else with this same thing ?
If I do minor 2-3 mile runs I’m fine , but every time I’ve done long 5-10 mile runs my lower back will be in agony a day or two later to the point where it hurts just to walk.
@@Elijah-Bravo human body is designed for long distance running that's why we sweat through our skin so that we don't exaust ourselves in short duration like any other mammals, also look at human posture our legs and feets are designed to push our body to further and further for longer duration.

ie got some lordosis. since i started stretching and practising yoga mainly for low back pain, ive noticed some relief. but still have back pain when running steep uphills. i guess there is a lot of pressure on lower back muscles . do you think a back brace would help?

What if i got the left leg issue really bad just after running and i did not feel someting bad during my run. Can anyone help me cause pysio guys thinks that I got issue in my back L3-L4 discs.. and thats why I stopped running now. Any advice would be helpful 🙏
I injured my lower back from running, pain the in the lower right side. Went to an ortho, mri, x-ray, etc. All found nothing besides minor facet irritation. But the terrible pain has lasted six months. Hopefully the physical therapist im going to can figure it out.

We need to built core strength to reduce lower back pain and never hold your hip when you are tired because this reduce core strength and weaken your lower bqck
Try doing core exercises like hollow body hold or planks. They will help you train the stabilizing muscles that are usually not activated because they are neglected. When they are neglected what happens is that your back picks up most of the work. It not supposed to undergo stress for extended periods of time(running). I hope this helps.
Same if I do long runs , if I do 2-3 miles I’m fine. I once did 5-6 miles two days in a row because I was getting in pretty good shape at the time and my lower back hurt so bad for the next couple days afterwards to the point where even walking hurt.

Me too, I just walked and jogged after doing some Glute exercises and I have no lower back pain.

What I've noticed today is I was hitting my heel to the ground the day I reduced that impact my pain went.

My mummy has been suffering from back pain. It makes her life difficult, joint aid plus and also applied orthovita oil. She is fine.
