Does not matter whether it was owned or a rental if authorities can prove that the owners of the property that rent the trailer knew of the activity going in the home then the house can be seized as part of the Jacksonville DART program. And believe me there's no way this landlord did not know that that house was a drug house. The house should be seized!! The DART program actually seized and took the drug house on my street several years ago it was so awesome!!!🙌🏻 It was later sold and now we have new wonderful neighbors.
