In Florida in an armed robbery it’s a minimum 10 years and if a gun is fired it’s a 20 year minimum sentence but since these morons have numerous armed robbery charges against them they will be spending a long time in prison where they belong

Staying straped only increases the chances of getting killed especially in situations of attacks by a group. In cases of street robberies the gun they steal off of the victim is more valuable than the wallet or cell phone. It's common in New Orleans for someone to have their firearm stolen during a robbery. In Texas, shooting someone outside of your home is an automatic arrest because it is illegal to use deadly force to protect property and self-defense has to be proven before they can release you.
