Finally an actual tutorial instead of just "So take the cards, push them together and they'll weave perfectly. End of tutorial". I managed to actually do half of one (will get to a full one with practice). Thank you
i have been to a couple of tutorials, the one before this one was legit "do this and they will weave perfectly" but this video goes into depth on what you actually need to do. I have been struggling with it but when you said "I am right handed so I put it like this in my left" I tried reversing it because I am left handed. the moment I did that, I got it instantly.
This shuffle is pretty amazing. Something like this seems so complicated, but I guess not afterall. The details in your tutorials really help a viewer learn. Your tips and tricks are so helpful. And your advice that you give throughout the videos also is much appreciated. Great work yet again!
It took my five different tutorials but I finally found one that helps helps thank you for this I was able to actually pull it off a couple of times thanks to you no all that’s is left is consistency and speed for me
Hey guys, this is a great tutorial... but I want to make a note here. The card you decide to practice with will massively impact your success rate. I tried with a pack that I had been using for a while to practice tricks and false shuffles. It had oils from the hands and was getting sort of sticky. That didn't work. I then tried to use a new deck of cards that I had laying around which was a cheap no-name brand of "casino style playing cards" or something. Even though they were crisp and new... I couldn't get them to weave into each other to save my life. I used them because they were already opened and I had used them maybe once, years ago. So I decided to open a fresh pack of Bicycle playing cards and tried it... FIRST TRY I got a perfect Faro shuffle. It was way simpler that I had been thinking it was due to the cards I was using prior. Practice ultimately makes perfect, but having the proper quality tools to do the job is always important!
If someone could help, that would be really great because when I do it the carts, it’s kind of just like hitting two bricks together at but at an angle like I’m not like using force or anything, but when I slowly crying together, I push them I have different angles it just doesn’t work😢
Thanks a lot My mom just got me a new deck of cards and imma practice this trick every day and also I just started after watching this video and I almost already got a perfect pharo shuffle thanks a lot the only thing is the cards she got me have cut edges but I can deal with that n
ive been trying for 3 weeks i improved this video helped me a lot i think its the best one out there but i still have a lot of trouble starting the weave and the cards are splitting does anyone have tips
I know the Faro shuffle...... But I'm not perfect at it........... And this video really helped me........ Cool video as usual..... So keep making videos cause I love them..... And BTW *FIRST*
Because you haven’t use them there is nothing for them to slide off of because they’re new and no oils from the hands have gotten on them. As well as no friction. I suggest using them for a few weeks and then trying again😊
Initially when I started, I had a similar problem. Make sure that you aren't pushing the cards head on and that you are pushing them together at an angle. If it still doesn't work, you can try small left and right movements while pushing to get them to start weaving. Hope this helps!
My favorite part is how literally EVERY tutorial about this trick spends an exorbitant amount of time talking about grip, without ever mentioning if you should be holding the cards loosely or tightly. After 34 tutorials that say "they'll just start weaving naturally" I'm convinced every RUclipsr regarding the art should just perform and realize they can't teach. I'm not unskilled at object manipulation either. Can someone please give an actual tutorial on this shuffle? I'm REALLY tired of having to old school shuffle to get to a waterfall. 😅
Update: I finally figured it out. But doing the opposite of what everyone says ... I threw the Bicycle cards in the trash. Grabbed a pack of vinyl Dead or Alive Beach Volleyball cards from Xbox and nail it every time. Lesson learned: don't stick to the instructions; if it isn't working out, experiment. Also, for anyone having trouble at the push, even though the cards are angled, push as though you were ramming 2 parallel packets together. You're welcome.

So glad to hear it!
Good video, easy to follow, low key and thorough, this man isn't trying to show off like most other folks in faro shuffle videos.

Great tutorial, after probably 5 minutes i can do it almost every time.
Great video. The top the bottom. I find it depends on how the cards are manufactured. Great video tutorial my friend. 👍👍😎
Oh yes, I completely agree. Thank you

I have a lot of trouble with this type of shuffle. I have tried with every type of deck. It's clear I am missing some physical tweak.

Can you do Faro shuffle with Pokemon cards and that too with no card sleeves?
Still can’t do it 😢 I’m so upset and mad
Nice one fella.
Anyone who couldn't faro, sure can now.👍
Great vid as always.
Thank you so much!
Loved your tutorial on this move mate it is so useful for tricks as well as being a Dope flourish!
Great advice! 👍🏻
bro how to completely remove the air gaps between the cards
Bro I just can’t do this. Can someone please explain why my cards never weave no matter what I do?? My deck is pretty new aswell

Having trouble at the beginning. I'm holding them right, but they won't start weaving. Any advice?

I don’t know what to do, no matter how much force I apply to get the air gaps to go away they just stay, I think my cards are to bent
How do I do this?!!!!!!!! It is impossible!!!!!!! Could someone please help me?!
Important thing every tutorial fails to mention. Some decks, you will be unable to faro. Period.
Ima go cheat now
The first part Does not work how even i try
Still can’t get it 😂😂😂😂
It doesnt work i use fullhouse card
why my card is not perfect
lierally impossible
"The cards will automatically start weaving" yea i think my cards are f$%ked
Nope
