Thanks, I think I hit the White Balance button and moved it to an outside setting not inside lighting hence the colour change, hope it was not too distracting.

Hi Kris, Yes, I have come across this a few times with the wire type collets, this is why they should be replaced whenever I do valve clearances/maintenance.

I found 2 broken collets when checking the valves on my 1100 DS engine. Interesting that one came up here.
It does happen quite often, as I say that's the reason behind using new ones when reassembling.
