Attempting to Travel W/ Our Baby For The First Time

- I’m here to tell you, if you want to travel with a baby, it is possible!! BUT! It’s not for the faint of heart! 😂 Sharing with y’all our fun trip to Florida with @nateandsutton and a few BTS thoughts of how we made it work with our 3 month old baby boy!

Traveling with a baby is so much easier than with big kiddos! If I could do it all over I'd go to soooo many places instead of just staying inside to avoid being stressed like I did. It looks like you guys had a blast. Perfect baby ❣
You guys are some of the most funny and entertaining people I've ever seen 😂 Luca is SO precious! My goodness, what a cutie! All parents are biased and think their baby is the cutest but I can assure you Luca is amongst the cutest from an unbiased person ;) Our little girl, Faith, arrived Dec 12th! We are so in love, and as your song came on while I was holding her I can certainly relate to the lyrics... It is so beyond amazing to be a mama. The Lord is so good! It makes my heart smile to see you loving little Luca with love that comes straight from our Heavenly Father ❤ Haven't traveled with Faith yet but your tips were wonderful, especially the breastmilk cooler tip! love you guys

Travel tip: literally just to laugh about everything and try to enjoy literally everything. Try to enjoy life about the absolute smallest things. Because they will be hard stuff and the more you can laugh about and enjoy, the better your trip will be! Which is a lot better than the opposite of having a horrible trip because you weren’t going out of your way to just laugh& enjoy everything:)

Thank you for sharing these precious moments with us. Florida has beautiful beaches, and that’s one thing I miss about living there because the beaches in SoCal are soooo cold. So glad you guys got to have this getaway. 🙌🏼
My newborn went on a 19 hr road trip to our hometown and back and then again at 3 months we moved home. At that age it was pretty “easy”. And I have a very needy baby. He did well and it was even enjoyable
I enjoyed your video! That was fun. Me and my husband have an 18 month old and a 1 month old, in my opinion when they are 6 months and older it's easier to travel. I think the reason I say that is because of all the feeds and sleep schedule getting messed up. My son, who is the 18 months was not an easy baby though so that could be why too. Also I really love older baby to toddler stage better then newborn stage. I enjoy the interaction so I usually enjoy entertaining on the trip!
I've just returned from Bangladesh with my 10 month old!
I would recommend get enough clothes( short sleeve and long sleeve)nappies, wipes, baby food, and rattle toys for the actual travelling. For emergency get their medicine incase of fever,cold/flu like paracetamol and thermometer, moisturiser(my girl has eczema) non medicated nasal spray.

Never been to Florida but I did travel with a one month old and he was BF… easiest travel… they barely have a wake window and love movement and being in the loud, it was really easy. The one tip is also bringing the stroller everywhere!
Morgan you look so happy and Luca is sooo loved! I'm not a beach person, but I really liked visiting Kennedy Space Center in Florida. There was a lot more to do there than I realized and they have a large, indoor play area for kids that is all space themed. Definitely a cool place to check out.

Such a fun video! Cracking up at the “lower” part 😂 I have a 15 month old we’ve never taken on a trip yet. Took him close by to a lake once but he hated it! He was 10 months. Would love to see the Florida beaches one day!
Lol we live in florida and my 7 year old catches those lizards with his bare hands haha.

My favorite place in Florida is Venice! The first time I traveled with my daughter she was 11 months old. It was just the two of us! Everyone was so nice and helpful that I encountered at the airport. My best advice to moms traveling is to accept the help offered and to pack lots of snacks and a couple of entertaining items like toys for your little one. It’s also a great idea to pack a new toy that they haven’t played with before.
Loved the vlog! I’m traveling for the first time with my 8 month old next month to Fort Pierce, FL! Praying it goes smoothly. It can be overwhelming thinking about taking a baby on a plane!
Favorite spot in Florida is Santa Rosa ! We are hoping to go in the summer with our baby - he’ll be 9 months by then’ - I dread all the stuff we have to pack/take

My favorite place to vacation would be the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. I cannot beat the I-275 Sunshine Skyway and Howard Frankland Bridges.

Glad you had a great trip 👍 my twins are 18 months and never traveled with them anywhere haha was good to briefly see nate and Sutton again they are so sweet ! I had to personally stop following them due to my own conviction on physical punishment with children. But there boys are so cute and Luca looked so happy 😊
