Pastor, is it safer to say that the phrase , "Sons of God" as is rightly put in Romans chapter 8 verse 14. For as many that are led by the spirit of God, they are the sons of God. So that it will fit in nicely with both topics, Job 38, and Gen 6. Very good study, listening from Trinidad and Tobago.
The Genesis 6 hybrid error is growing in popularity. We need an entire in depth study/presentation on this. I genuinely feel this is an area that needs to be exposed. Why? Because the enemy began laying the framework for this deception for thousands of years. Anything he invests that much time into is for no small purpose. His goal in this pursuit is to minimize sin, sinfulness, the remedy and Christ's righteousness; to name a few. You are correct. But let's not get angry with Ps Boe. This is the by product of using grammatical historical method. If we use the proof text method and not mix it with the historical critical method then we will understand what the elders are. Uriah smith, James white and other wrote on this and the elders are those who were redeemed from earth.

To those who are impatient to know who those 24 elders are, here is what the scriptures point out to. 22 Elders were raised from the dead after Jesus' resurrection from the dead that the gospel of Matthew only spells out. The other 2 elders were raptured without seeing their first death, one is Enoch and other was Elijah. Having these two elders raptured does not contradict with scriptures as Jesus was described as the first born Son from Adam's family. Here are the 24 Elders: Adam, Seth, Enosh, Cainan, Mahalalel, Jared, Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech, Noah, Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah, Eber, Peleg, Reu, Serug, Nahor, Terah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob(Israel), Moses, Elijah.
