Thanks Jim. I like watching these full ATC flights before I go up for currency. It gets my head back in the system a bit.

Love the camera placement so we can see how Mike works the yoke on final while at the same time clear view ahead. Go Pro is cool.

One of your much longer trips... great to be able to ride along on this one.
Flying over KS was immediately recognizable... flat, flat! Conditions looked great except for the turbulence period and haze towards end.

Kpub is where the air force starts their pilot training, tiger callsign means you are with an instructor.. solo students are given callsign Kitty.. was there for training a few months ago.. can be one of the busiest airports in the world at times with all the katana traffic

Cptmoon. I´ve enjoyed your videos. I still like your sense of humor. I´d like to suggest that your videos could be a little more instructive and if you´d consider to point your camera in a way that we could feel as if we were with you there in the cockpit following the procedures. Consider too, not to advance camera when you have visions approaching clouds when climbing and when descending. Thanks a lot!

I've been into COS a lot. We'll have to stop there next time.

What's one of the cardinal rules in flying that shouldn't be violated? Complacency. You and your fellow pilot are well coordinated. Whether it's you or him flying a particular leg the other handles all of the radio traffic and always makes sure to repeat (or confirm) what the PIC calls for. No room for "John Wayne" pilots today. Of course I'm sure that the both of you have had the uncomfortable situation of flying with someone you'd rather not over the years. I'm familiar with just how windy it can get in areas of Colorado; even though I never flew when I lived in a suburb west of Denver. Coincidentally I was down in Colorado Springs for the weekend when the United Airlines flight 585 crashed on March 3, 1991. I remember that day very well. Extremely windy, which is common because of the Mountains. It was also sunny and mild temperature wise. Horrible day because I saw some of the black smoke that filtered upwards from the tremendous crater caused by the 737's impact. Fortunately there were only 25 souls onboard. By that I only mean that it could gave been full. 😔😟
