@doublevendetta it's about 20% faster if you look it up,there's quite a few factors that make up the CE shields are stronger and health is waaay better in terms of difficulty.infavt there's 3 of them skin tag multiplier,global damage multiplier and actor damage multiplier For shields in CE for example the plasma rifledoes 12 damage per bolt the multiplier is set to 2 in other words it does double the damage,elites using the plasma rifle have a 50% nerf in damage from their actor variant and global multiplier on legendary gives them 60%boost in damage so really calculate 12 multiplied by 2 which is 24 and add 10% to it Halo 2 simplified it a bit by removing actor variant performance damage but also the global multiplier being 1.5 instead of 2 so ,also the plasma rifle doing 10 max damage per bolt so 10 multiplied by 1.5 which is 15 and add 60% boost if you're playing on legendary

At the very least I know player health is reduced in 2 but the shield recharges dramatically faster
